Entrance to Gaia's Temple is gained through Gaia's Garden in east town. Inside this garden is a tree that, when bumped, makes you notice:

This tree is the entrance to Gaia's Temple. However, the entrance can only be opened by Gaia herself.
The tree leads to the west garden of Gaia's Temple. The west and east gardens are connected to one another; while the mirror is connected to the interior of Gaia's Temple.
